Home page - SquareCMS

The administration area of a site looks exactly like a website, having:

• Main menu on top of the page is divided into categories and subcategories. From here you'll have access to all administration area.
• The company logo (current is SquareCMS logo)
• On the right area you can see statistics of sign in users
• Site-map, very useful for complex website administration
• Shortcuts icons for the most important pages

Edit page - SquareCMS

Each page of the website has its own administration area for each language. You can see the language area of the page ("Romanian" "English", "German" for this examples) followed by content area, which has the editable fields:

• Title
• Heading of the page
• Title shown in menu
• URL of the page (the link)
• Content (text are of the page, editable, very similar to Word)

In the "general settings" area of each page, you can set the visibility of every page by several options:

• Visible / invisible page in the website (Show this page)
• Visible in the main menu (Show in main menu)
• Visible in the secondary menu (for projects that have it) (Show in heading menu)
• Visible in the footer (Show in footer menu)

Sitemap - SquareCMS

In the left area of the CMS's site map you can see the website administration tree containing all the site pages. You can see that the left folder names matches the pages of the website. When the website structure will have more levels also will the tree (spreading the folders).

When you select a folder from the left tree (in the example root SquareCMS), you can see all the pages contained in that folder, on the right area. After selecting the appropriate folder you can add new pages by clicking the green icons ("+Pages" and "+FormPages" in this examples). Depending on the project there will be added different types of pages such as:

• Text Pages
• Category Pages
• News Pages
• Product Pages
• Etc.

Statistics SquareCMS

The picture on the left, shows the statistics page. You can see here the last modified pages in that day, but you can also select different filters:

• Week
• Months
• Year
• Specified time period

User Management SquareCMS

All users that will have access to the administration platform of the website will have their own user name and password, and different roles, depending on the level of accessibility in the website:

• Administrator, user with full access
• Normal user, with limited access
• Junior user, with restricted and partial access

You can see in the left image some examples of administrators users. There is no limitation for the number of users that you want to have. You can create users, allocate rights  and remove them as needed.

File Manager SquareCMS

The integrated file management system was conceived and designed to be very useful and easy to use by anyone. It allows:

• Upload any type of file (.Jpg, .Png, pdf. doc,. Xls, etc.).
• Upload multiple files at once (photo album etc.).
• Automatic sort by category
• Add, modify, delete categories
• Browsing by category
• Etc..
